A canteen of 83 pieces of Alveston cutlery designed in 1961 by Robert Welch and made by Old Hall. This elegant design won a prestigious Design Centre Award in 1965.

A large set for 8 people with dinner knives and forks, side knives and forks, fish knives and forks, soup spoons, dessert spoons, tea spoons, coffee spoons plus two large serving spoons and a nice cheese knife. All housed in the original teak and rosewood canteen.

In excellent condition, suspect this has never been used. The canteen has a couple of scratches and some fading to the rosewood.
