Rare vintage Rya rug designed by Verner Panton in 1965. This design is called ‘Roulette’ (model number VP-07-H716) and was made by Unika Vaev, Denmark.
Wonderfully bold 60s design with with radiating circles in a variety of yellows, greens and blues on on a dark blue ground.
This is the larger version of the design at a generous 228cm diameter.
In very good clean condition. One small area of wear to an edge. Unfortunately the manufacturers label on reverse has been lost although the area where it was stuck on is visible.
