A 1950s/60s desk lamp designed by Paul Boissevain for Merchant Adventurers. Paul ran the family business with his brothers in Feltham, Middlesex . He designed a number of successful lamps including the Ellipse light (1959 CoID Design of the Year) and the elegant Decolurme lamp shown at the 1951 Festival of Britain.

Adjustable aluminium shade on chromed stem and dark grey base. In good condition, some light marks to the base and a small scuff to one corner of the shade.
